How do I update content after launch?
Most clients prefer done-for-you updates. Send us what you need changed and we handle it. If you want to edit content yourself, we can set that up during the build.
Do I get a login?
If you want one, yes. Many owners prefer to hand off updates entirely, so we only set up logins when requested.
What counts as included vs out-of-scope?
Your proposal lists what's included. Text swaps, image changes, and small tweaks within agreed pages are typically covered. New pages, features, or structural changes are quoted separately.
How fast can you make small updates on a care plan?
Most small edits are done within 1–2 business days. Priority support on higher plans means same-day or next-day turnaround.
